COVID-19 and Potential Shipping Delays

Please understand that while we are working to stay safe through these times, shipping timelines may be delayed due to COVID-19 precautions. Our carriers are working under normal delivery operations, however, some deliveries may experience delays due to increased package volume.

Shipping Timelines

The small team at Isoterics Apparel works hard to ensure our customers receive their orders quickly.  It is our goal to have all orders fulfilled and shipped out by the next business day following your order confirmation (note: the cutoff is 12 midnight Mountain Time). 

In most cases, orders placed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship out on Monday. In the case that our team is working through the weekend, some Saturday shipping dates are possible.

 

Shipping within the United States 

Isoterics Apparel ships via UPS within the United States. Please see available options at checkout.

 

Stolen or Lost Packages

Isoterics Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by our shipping partners. Please ensure your address is secure for delivery, and consider aligning the delivery date with a time you will be home.

 

Confirmation and Tracking

Please review your order in the cart and through the checkout process for accuracy. When your checkout is completed and the order is received in our system, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that was entered at checkout. When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
